The ministry is a bridge between the people of the church and the people of the city. There are three main categories of ministry: discipleship, empowerment, and resource.
Within the church, the cornerstone of the ministry is a nine month intensive urban mission training called The Mission Bootcamp. In the city, we build relationships, many of which involve discipleship. We create safe places for Christians and non-Christians to read the Bible together and discuss what is read. We are increasingly more involved in the downtown community in order to understand city structures and cultures better, and to develop a Wesleyan perspective of urban ministry for downtown churches. Through groups like The Mission Bootcamp and through individual discipling relationships we support and empower people in their callings within the city.
